I work closely with our founders, leading key business functions and helping position blu as a leader in intelligent health solutions. Outside of work I'm into martial arts and football. As a karate black belt, I've learned that discipline and teamwork are the foundation of just about everything.

I look after the technology behind blu — the website, the systems that connect it to the rest of the business, and the automation that keeps both running. Outside of work I'm into all kinds of sport, especially football, basketball and, most recently, hybrid fitness racing and padel. I also love geeking out on new technology.

I drive marketing and brand strategy, and I manage our tech stack — ERP and CRM systems, AI implementations, and the automation workflows behind them. Outside of work you'll find me gaming or scuba diving.

I run our IT operations end to end and lead our Odoo implementation — from setup and configuration through to reporting, and keeping our data accurate across the business. Outside of work I'm endlessly curious: history and politics, animals, planets and space, and a garden I like growing things in. I speak fluent Odoo and one universal language — “have you tried restarting it?” Somehow, that usually works.

I deliver sustainable water and energy-efficiency solutions for the hospitality industry. Most of my work is about building relationships that outlast the contract and finding practical answers that create long-term value. Outside of work I travel as much as I can — new places and new cultures are how I keep learning.

I support the hospitality team and keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly — staying organised, solving the small problems before they become big ones, and making things easier for clients and colleagues. Outside of work you'll find me travelling, at a concert, or trying a cuisine I haven't had before. Good food, good music, somewhere new: hard to beat.

I've spent over 14 years in business development across hospitality, MEP, facility management, construction and manufacturing. I enjoy the relationship side of it most — understanding what someone actually needs and finding a practical way to get there. Outside of work I'm into fitness and racquet sports: badminton, tennis and padel. I like meeting new people, and I like making them laugh.

You may know me as the “curly-haired guy” — a lot of our partners have over the years. I look after customer relationships, technical support and training, and making sure our products keep delivering long after the sale. For me, after-sales isn't just solving problems; it's being there when customers need us.

I run our online business across the GCC — marketplace growth, digital strategy, and spotting the opportunities we haven't taken yet. My focus is an e-commerce presence built to last rather than to spike. Outside of work I'm at the gym or playing sport, and I travel whenever I get the chance.

I oversee our retail operations and help drive sales performance across our B2C channels. Most of my day is spent working with people and solving the practical problems that come with running stores well. Outside of work my family is where my time goes — I'm proud to be a mother of two.

I started in retail sales and grew into leading our telesales team, which gave me a practical feel for what actually drives a customer's decision. Today I focus on hitting our targets and continually sharpening how we sell. Outside of work my family keeps me busy and keeps me happy.

I lead our financial operations, reporting and compliance — the work that keeps blu's numbers accurate and our fiscal health solid. When I'm not crunching numbers I'm usually behind a camera; photography and making social content is where my creative side goes.

I sit across accounting and HR, which means my work runs from the numbers to the people behind them. I pay close attention to detail and enjoy turning a problem into something workable. Outside of work I read, travel, and play chess.

I support the team and keep our daily operations running as they should — the coordination behind the scenes that makes everyone else's job easier. Outside of work I'm with my dogs, reading, or spending time with family. I'm always up for learning something new.

I lead our warehouse operations — building efficient processes, improving productivity, and supporting my team to get orders out reliably every day. I enjoy the puzzle of an operational problem and finding a fix that actually helps the business. Outside of work it's cricket and football, technology, and time with my family.
